Why no +5 Cloaks of Resistance?

Since my wiz6 hat is lvl11 RR.. lvl13 rr should be 7. But they dont exist.

I have heard reports of wizardry 7 dropping. Never seen proof though.

Typically you will find the items with lower ML will be because the hardness will be lower.

It's the other way around. When there is a bug that causes an item to have a lower ML than it should, it's hardness and durability will decrease along with it because they are derived by the min level of an item.

wizardy 7 certainly exists...talk to galwain on the forums he has 2 and screenshots...ive also seen on myself that friend pulled.....but im willing to bet my wounding of puncturing rapier no plus 5 resistance cloaks

I have 6 +4 Resistance Cloaks no RR

the 2 I pulled when cap was LVL 12 are ML 11
the 4 I have pulled since cap went to LVL 14 are ML 13.


I have seen one +4 Resistance Cloak that is ML 9 and my bet is it was pulled when cap was still LVL 10.

I have a +4 Resistance Ring that also does +2 Charisma with RR: Warforged. However, I've never seen a single +5 Resistance item drop (aside from Kardin's Eye).

I have numerous Resist +2 items that are ml:5 and ml:7. I have Resist +3 that are ml:9 and ml:11. I have Resist +4 items that are ml:11 and ml:13. It's just bugs in the ml: system. The bigger question is when the lowest +1 Resist is ml:1, +2 is ml:5, +3 is ml:9, why is the lowest +4 Resist not ml:13? They wanted to force +4 Resist into Mod3 loot I suppose.

correction i know some1 who has a RR dwarf wiz7 helm and ill get screen shots to prove it. his name is deathnoob/tommygun/zosh/gremlin/nudist he is on ghallanda server.

I don't have one but one of our guildmates looted and sold one a while back. I've got no reason to make it up.

I have also seen +5 resist items on the auction house on rare ocasion as well as +5 protection items. They are usualy priced way out of my league.
