Check the date of the post, and refer to the Dev Tracker at that date.

Yes they are, you just have to look at the date he posted things, not the date they were made visible.

Boooo! Now crippling will be a useless weapon effect. It was a beautiful thing for the ranged and melee types alike.

Now it will fall in the weapons garbage bin along with Shatter weapons and that "D" (not disruption or destruction, the other "D" word) word weapon type...

So this is good, but under these circumstances, is there no/reduced XP Debt and/or no/reduced re-entry penalty for having to /death? Perhaps only if incapped for the latter. This would help all, including solo artists, considerably.
As you said, only the most dire of situations.
    Something to think about...

By dire, I assume we mean a game bug that renders your character unable to do anything else, including recall. Accidently teleporting outside the walls of Stormreach would be an example that comes to mind.

Otherwise, whatever situation you found yourself in was of your own making and should be punished accordingly.

The newer version of Deception is not that bad....at least not for Rogues or part rogues. But yeah, it would never be a priority for me and many times makes a weapon have a higher min lvl for no great reason.
But my multi-classed toon kinda likes his Vorpal of Deception!

Once again, clerics get the short end of the stick with the new /death rule. For example, the other day I was doing Von2 with my lvl 8 cleric, and she got zapped by the beholder across the bridge by the shrine like three times. No problem, I just rezzed at the shrine and went about my business. However...the last time I got zapped, I was incap and stabilized. There was nobody in the party who could heal me enough to get me up and I had to slash death. Now, if that takes me to my bind point, that means I lose xp for dying as well as for having to /death.

I'm sick of the rotten apples ruining it for those of us who play by the rules.

The devs are right about this one. We're too quick to die for our convenience. I've always thought it violated the spirit of things.

Your party was the problem for having no healing skill, no healing kits, no UMD, and no wands. They didn't deserve you.

/death while stabilized will not recall you. And Devs are also working on a regen from stabilized mechanic. So, doubly not to fear!

They are very likely adding in a slow regen function for incapped players as per thread discussion with Eladrin.

    Default Tendon Slice

Yes please - heal or greater restore or something like that should be able to help with Tendon Slice - that has to be one of the most irritating mods ever
The Ashen - Khyber - Gerbillee (Half 13rg/1ro/2w), Blitzkreig (WF 16w), Chipmonk (Half 16mk), Bandicoot (Df 15CLr) , Chinchilla(WF 16 Monster)- "Go for the eyes, Boo, GO FOR THE EYES! AAAAAAURGH!!" - Kaptan/Hamster/Lemming/Bandicoot all retired - "Terrible Hamster justice shall be wreaked on you!"

And it bends the mind that pretty much all archer NPCs can hamstring you...from the front. Getting hamstrung at range is super annoying, especailly since you cant get rid of the effect it seems.

    Otherwise nice changes.
