Sounds like a cross between that Godzilla remake and some B-movie ancient evil story.

I saw this movie tonight.
My Quick thoughts......
Eragon was better, Hope you like oriental dragons, Last 20 mins was decent, Cool helicopters Vs Dragons fight scene, There were 328 ceiling tiles in the theater.

Besides being horrible looking, its the top grossing film in Korea, which counts for nothing.
