When playing my forged toons, I usually announce to the cleric that I have as many healers freinds loaded as I have.

I offer to assist them with wands via cash donations.

If need be I will run to the vendor and buy the wands for them.

But if the cleric tells me flat out that he will not heal me, I usually drop group. No point in me losing tons of xp because i'm trying to keep the stingy cleric alive.

They help me, I help them, we're all happy. They deny me, I drop them, we stay complacent. The say they'll heal me, but only use cure lights....I shrug it off til i die once or see them using full heals on others but not me, then I bolt.

I do not want to tell anyone how to play their character, but if it needs to be done for them to actually heal me, I will.

I always heal whatever but I just wanted to say why is not a wizards job to heal the WF and must befall the cleric. I assume that a wizard can have as many repairs as a cleric does heals. Clerics have an array of offensive spells that are fun and can help the party along some crowd control. 90% of my healing comes from wands and scrolls when the party is a normal fight because i want to destruct and comet fall. Now will I use my heal scrolls to heal warforged but I also believe that during your average quest a caster more than that a wizard should keep an eye on that WF bar. Hey I will say what I hear people tell clerics "you know what you made when you created him" Well I believe a wizard is definately suited to do some repairing.

While I do not disagree that a wizard should help out with healing a forged throughout a quest, I rarely hear from a wizard "oh ****, a warforged. well i'm not helping you."

On the contrary, most of the groups i get in I hear "are there any warforged in the group? If so, I will load some repair spells" or "could I get a couple repair wands from you and i'll assist the cleric in healing you". I hear the first from mostly wizards, but tthe second from wizards, sorcs, and bards.

I don't think a cleric should be stripped of their fun while playing their character, I simply think they should not discriminate their healing based on warforged racism.

Well I have to say Kalanth, I know you only play WF, and even though Trilou at lvl14 does carry some repair crit wands, I dont normaly heal WF during battles. Not because I dislike them, or dont care... but because quite honeslty... I FORGET TO! As a nonhealing caster... I dont normally pay alot of attention to everyones health. But I would never (unless provoked) let a party member die (guild or pug). However, with my low lvl cleric, I agree with the person whom said, " I dont pay attention to who or what you are... I only look at your health bars during battle". That's the way I play my cleric too. However, whats wrong with self healing between battles? I mean I do that with Trilou all the time... granted she only has 120hp and even though most clerics can heal me with one wave of their hand... I still pop 3 or 4 pots. Its the right thing to do.

I heal as a cleric. Regardless of race.

I repair as a wizard as often as I can remember to. I keep wands and reconstruct scrolls so I don't have to take out useful spells.

I'm sorry you guys have such rotten experiences. If anyone from our guild does that, feel free to let me know, and I'll have a chat with them.
