New Boots!

During my daily dose of DDO yesterday...

I did the flash robe change (10 in 10 seconds...come on!...It is fun)

And noticed she was wearing the same stupid silly slippers in every robe...

Black stockings, Black soft boots with thin soles and no heel...

Can the Princess of Pain get some style?

I mean, really...

I think of her in some nice calf high lace ups... with a 2" heel...

Armored classes have boots that rock!~~

Why does my Sizzling Sorceress have to wear high necked robes and "nun's" footwear?

I think of her more Goth than Modest!...

Shoes are who we are. They are prominently displayed, whatever outfit you wear...

So, can we get a little boot love?

Heels? Laces? Buckles? SPIKES!!! <lol.>

And a color scheme? Other than Blah Blah Black?

If it is a case of "too hard to code"....

...different styles with the robes...

Can we at least have them be in the same color as the main color of the robe?

I like the boots with smileys on the soles. My Barbarian's Wargown has them and they are fun to kick mobs in the head and leave smiley imprints (or stomp on corpses of the fallen). I also get a kick out of running with Haste and seeing smileys flashed on my screen as I kick up my feet.

In white patent leather. With silvery sparkle laces...and happy faces on the soles. That leave an imprint... of a happy face!

Or perhaps brown suede, chocolatey brown, with a thin sole and inch and a half heel, decorative stitching of a dragon in gold thread, Its eyes tiny green emerald-like stones, a 4 inch loose cuff, lacing in the back to keep them in place, also leather, a slight slouch look, but rising to the knee.

I like where this thread is going....

I agree that casters have the MOST boring footwear in the game.

Something else I wouldn't mind seeing is being able to "dye" your armor/robes to whatever color you want.

The kobold leather dyed to match or accent his wardrobe.

I see Mocat in a pair of distressed drow leather boots, mid calf, with studs that look like human teeth...

I see them as having very pointy toes with sharp blades aligned between the boot upper and the sole.

...and the letters K.A. on the front in silver...

Don't know if it stands for Kicking A** or Kobold Avenger...

Or Kobold Assassin...or something else...

I see them as giving the improved trip feat to the wearer and have a +35 striding bonus...
