Many times when going through the ah list, I will come across something i would like to get, place a bid then two pages later find the same item at a lower bid or with a buyout. why not have a tab where you can add it to a wish list that you can then bid on later.

A text search would accomplish much the same thing, and be more widely beneficial.
Click rings, set level range to 9-13, put in "Health", and you'll be able to see all the con rings that might be an upgrade for you easily and quickly.

No it would be less useful to me I then the watching which is a ebay like feature which I would find useful.
