I've noticed there are several ways I can get DR on my new Barb. I'm wondering just what stacks and what doesn't. Things like the DR he gets with leveling, Adamantine armor, enchantments, and so on. Also, what is the general area of DR amount do most Barbs get to??

They don't. Highest applicable DR applies (eg. If you have Axeblox 5 and barb DR of 1, then you get 5 DR whenever you are hit with a slashing attack, and 1 DR vs. anything else).
