Its saying you are not able to access a file which may indicate a problem with permissions on the user account for windows, or the file is locked and/or corrupted.

I am the computer administrator. This is my computer. My son and wife have their own computer.

The news.html file does not exist on my harddrive. The launcher program I previously deleted when the problem first started. I renamed it at first and then deleted it when the problem continued. I even made another launcher folder with a 'News.html' file that is empty so that the program could find it. No dice! Is there a 'News.html' dummy file that maybe I can download to my computer to 'trick' it to work?
