Scaling the UI

Right now, my screen is just absolutely cluttered. I've tried many different ways to organize it a bit, but its still just blocking my view no matter how I change it around. Granted, I'm running at 1024x768, but I can't support any higher resolutions right now. Would it be possible for the devs to add a UI scaling option (or just presets of small, medium, and large) so I can shrink things down a bit to make it easier on my eyes, as well as increasing how much I can see of the game world?

My current setup (I might need to add even more bars soon, sigh...)
