Gianthold Tor door won't spawn

Yes, I've all the right things done.
Yes, all the relics and all the pre-quests are done
Yes, I've talked to Cyodine(sp) and had the quest bestowed on me.

Ok, so ingame GM says contact Tec support because he can't help me.

So I figure it must be part of ALL the other problems I'm having
(such as certain weapons not visible and such)
bug reported all of them and always got a "cant help you"

My best bet i figure is to download a fresh copy of the game and reinstall it.

CANT FIND A DOWNLOAD LINK

So since no one can help me with this problem, can someone at least give me a link to download another copy of DDO, not Risia?
