If my mouse cursor is over my hot-keys, then the button assigned to 'Single Attack' doesn't work. But the Next Target ones do.

If the mouse cursor is somewhere in the middle of the screen then the buttons for 'Next Combat Target' and 'Next Interactive Target' work. But the Single Attack one does.
