Help Panel not working.

My help panel is not working. It is white with a statement that says... "Navigation to the website has been canceled." then below it says
What you can try: Refresh the page. Which does not work. So I am unable to submit help for assistance, report bugs or report abuse. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using internet explorer to post? That usually indicates a problem with IE (either it's in work offline mode or security set too high)

I do however, it just started happening about the time they started merging the servers. I didn't have this problem before then. I will have my husband check everything on my system tomarrow.
