Hi there Ill offer for the ring: my non rr 30 striding ring and an item of the following(examples i have too much to list) Smiting rapier, bloodstone, kardins eye,heavy fort ring,+6 stat items. and other such things, also have 9 white scales atm. etc for the bandit mask well probably a bunch of stuff like that.

In theory they could... as in, with an RR, their equivalent + bonus (or value) does not exceed what could drop in current loot tables. Of course, the same is true of +7 stat items. The question is whether 30% is the maximum for striding on an item.

Have never seen +35s either, although I have seen +7 armor bracers that were rr............ So +7 items are not far away.

Not seen +35% either... being that haste is 40% I'm thinking there has to be a limit.

i don't think 35% striding drops at all. As far as +7 stat items, they don't exist in normal D&D until epic levels. Armor bracers go up to +8 in D&D, but don't go above that until epic. Hopefully they will maintain that trend. Though i can see them giving stat bonuses of different types, like +2 luck bonus to strength.

35% striders
I am a Firm believer in using striding items for my characters,,since pretty much day one that I started playing,,and I have like 4pairs of 25% striding boots and 30%boots,,and 3 25% striding rings,,I honestly doubt 35% Striders exist yet,,but I am sure they soon will,I hope..Unless you the person that made this post saw them allready,,than I apoligize for this long boring response post.

I can cofirm 35% striders do not exist. Seen enough loot and dozens of 30% ones to know its the max.
Also don't makes sense currently as it would gimp a nice piece of a raid loot from titan to go higher then 30 atm.
Also +6 mod for clothing/jewl is a DnD PnP type limit. 5% x 6 = 30. So that could be the end for striders.
Armor bracers does not hold that limit in DnD, it goes up to +10.
