Keymapping - Right Mouse Button

Why can I not keymap my right mouse button to Move Forward??? In every other game I play, I move with the right mouse button and attack with the left button. (I keep mouselook on constantly) This totally frees up my left hand when in battle to a) press hot key buttons to cast spells, b) select other group members with the F-keys to heal, c) have snacks.

Why, for the love of all that is good, can we only use the right and left mouse buttons to select/attack?????
