Server merge wrong name item sending.

Hello Customer Service:
I accidentally sent a good number of high level items to the wrong character name. Yes, I am a dummy and it will not happen again. I sent them to a player who has my old name of (John Doe), whereas I am now (John Doe)-Argonesson. Is there any way CS can intercede and return all items wrongly sent to this individual to the original senders? If you need any names, which I'm thinking you probably don't, I'll be happy to PM anyone you would like. Thank you in advance.

Edit: On a side note, my character named (John Doe)-Argonesson also does NOT have a rename token. I looked in his inventory and the bank and saw no sign of one. Could I get one for him please?
