Can't get online at the moment, but aboutt 2 minutes before the server went down this morning I netted a Chaos Band in a chest. If I remember it gives Intelligence +3, wizardy III ( adds 30sp) and -2 to will saves. Is this worth some plat, I kinda hope so, then I can afford to stock up on wands and scrolls.

It was worth more when the level cap was 10. Now you may be able to get a decent chunk for it on the AH, but that's about it. It's not valuable enough to be traded around the forums.

Worthless IMO
I have posted many in the AH without a buyout and start with the low bid, and I have yet to sell one. Maybe you will get lucky and sell it, but as for me I sell em to the vendors.

Sorry, but I really don't think it's worth even a decent chunk. Most Int-based characters can easily get their hands on +4 Int or better items, any well equiped caster would have better than a power III item, and who wants a -2 to will saves when most int-based characters already have a lowish will save?
My advice, put it up on the AH for what you would get for it by vendoring it. If you get more than the base value, I'll be shocked. If you don't get any bites, vendor it. Not trying to be a jerk, just telling you like it is.My kick-ass group of ladies:

ahh well I was hoping it was worth something, thanks for the fast replies, I'll probably carry it for a bit and use it when I enter a quest as it will still give me some extra sp to toss on some people

Hey crid if you dont have a wizardy or power item just pick up a sceptre of the magi from the vendor in house d - they are pretty cheap and always there. Thatl give you an extra 100 sp to toss aorund before you unequip it - sounds like your new to the game - lemme know ur clerics name and il send him one (play 3 caster types get magi sceptres all the time....**** caster lootz)
