Launcher Message

Sometimes when I start up the DDO launcher, I get this message.

I've clicked on each of the buttons with no real change. I think that #2 took me to a turbine page. How can I make this message not come back?

you know every so often i get something similar to this, Its gone before i can read it, but it looks like this is what was flashing.

Are you using the headstart downlaod by any chance?

I'm not sure if I am or not. How can i find out?

I get the exact same message that flashes by every so often, and I am using a retail CD. I did have the headstart download until I did a complete reload and I don't remember seeing it then.
