Item Traded WTT +5 Blueshine Mithral Fullplate:
This armor is really great looking and very practical as well. The +5 blueshine mithral fullplate is armor bonus 8 plus max dex bonus of 3, for a TOTAL AC of 16.
Blueshine: This armor glistens with a blue-black sheen, as if it were covered in oily liquid sapphire. A suit of armor imbued with this property never tarnishes and is immune to acid damage and rusting effects. While wearing blueshine armor, you gain +3 competence bonus on hide checks.
I am primarily looking for scales for this item, and have been told I should start the bidding at 12 scales. I really want white scales, but will accept black scales on a one for one basis, but blue scales seem harder to trade, so I will accept them only as 2 blues equal one white.
I am willing to look at other offers as well, but will probably value any offers with scales as higher than offers without scales. Other items I would be interested in include Heavy Fort Ring with Disease Immunity, Kardin’s Eye, or Bloodstone in that order.

haha, no. While a lead designer's job is to balance the game as a whole, each system designer (and each level designer/content guy) is responsible for their own little bit of the game. So as such, I balance spells/enhancements, graal has items and treasure, and Eladrin runs around going "raaar!" a lot. I think he does monsters.
