Ironforge Clan
If you consider sorcerer, cleric and rangers tanks... then we are guilty.
If not, please keep your opinion to yourself unless you are intrested in joiing the guild.

I just enjoy how people with no intention of changing guilds want to come to this thread and give us a hard time.
Just wanted to say thanks.
PS.
We are still looking for 1 or 2 more guild members.
If if your tired of being passed on or underappriciated in your current guild, ready for a change or just want to try us out. Please send me a pm or catch me ingame as Zarri.
Thanks.
I am with Erda, this was a direct post for guild recruitment and you guys are just being down right rude by hijacking. Go bark up someone else's tree and not a guild recruitment thread.
I'll run with you if you ever need a hand and I can shake free for a bit.

I've only had a few meetings with Bobbyd, but from what I've seen he's the kind of person you'd want leading your guild.
Good luck with the start of "The Last Heros" Bobbyd.

What my colorful Xorian friends are saying is, "Tell us more about your guild, and yourself." This is a proven recruitment technique. You will get more quality inquiries if you are open and honest about yourself and your guild.
Every Guild tends to have a little different "flavor" as it were. They have different mixes of casual players, hard core play styles or unifying characteristics just like RPG characters do. They often serve a unifying concept or goal, which can attract some players and repel others.
It has been my experience that the best strategy for a Guild leader is to set a clear, fair system for screening recruits all the time, then giving your officers the authority to screen recruits, and your members the ability to sponsor someone for membership.
In this way, like minded players who fit with your guild's play style, goals and gaming hours can be recruited, and those who will not fit in, can be avoided.
Guild Harmony and Capability are often a battle on the head of a pin, its important to have a thick skin and capable officers so you don't have to do everything yourself.
