I have purchased and started downloading the digital version of DDO. For some reason it has frozen at 71%. So what is my recourse? Do I cancel installation and try again? If so how would I go about doing that without having to purchase the game again?

Download the trial. It's the same files, just your account is different.

You can try again and it is a good idea to use a download manager as well.
