Its the big outdoor adventure area between the One Eared Bugbear Inn and Splinterskull Fortress. Talk to "Wransyl" in house Phiarlan to get to the Inn. Leave the inn., through the door, and you are in the gorge, ready for an adventure. It's for levels 4-7, though the average level range states 4, IIRC. Since the new adventure areas award XP in quest fashion, it shows in the list, but it is not a favor generator.

I THINK Quarion, Samera, or a dev mentioned it somewhere recently, but I can not locate the post, currently. The devs were aware of it, but I'm uncertain as to their disposition on it.
