Ok I have spent days and days searching the forums and multiple other sites for a complete build to suit my needs as well as trying more than few. I am now at the point to just ask for help making a custom one.
A little about what I expect to try and do:
I really want to be a dungeon scrubber, being able to open locks would be great I dont suppose disabling traps is a must if I can arcade/twich thru them or just evasion or saving throw survive them if this is possible. My biggest concern is with self healing I consider that a must have. I will be playing almost the same as ron's solo project idea although I hate his rogue cleric build.
I only have 28 point builds available no drow either its a new account. A guildy said assume any tome available to me but I would like to not break his bank maybe just 1 or two +1's or +2's would be the most.
Some things I would like :
TWF hopefully I like lots of damage and pretty much hate ranged/casting
Halfling would be very cool I like to move fast.
Barb splash would be cool on a halfling with the speed boost LOL the little guy just zips around but not nesecary
But paramount is ability to dungeon scrub completely solo if I cant scrub then to at least solo about everything
Keep in mind I like to move fast and do lots of damage
BTW did I mention i hate rogue/cleric build please dont make one of those I want guts melee guts to just walk up and own a mob that slooooow killing from the cleric just aint me
oh I thought i had noticed my halfling toons moved faster maybe it just appears that way I know barbs do get an inate run speed increase though right
And its damage spell casting I dont o much like as a main form of damage. I would prefer to mix it up in their face so to speak
ok heres an attempt at a battle wizard for you couldn't get gtwf and lvl 20 build can be 6/14 22 str +2 rage always up selfcast +6 item = 30
10 bab+10 str =20 to hit+4 gh+1 haste+5 weapon=30-2 twf=28 not bad add in tensers and you end up with 34 plus 2 when your are in barb rage mode.
adding a +2 str tome will ofcourse add 1 to hit
hp's look low but thats before items and the builder doesn't have wf toughness so 40 more from that 48 from +6 con item +30 from greater false life and your looking at 357 hp's without any hard to get items.
It will not be the easiest build to play but it's a selfhealer and i know you hate casting but it can buff itself haste rage blur stoneskin displacment tensers full resists and that makes a very survivable character.
The direct damage spells are still there aswell scorching ray throw a firewall in a solid fog and go in swinging the hard part will be learning when to rage and when not to rage and timing your tensers since you can't cast with it on.
You seemed like you wanted a challenging build to solo everything i think this build can do it if played right.
It won't be fast but it will get the job done tho you will need an int item to cast your spells you don't have to worry about hold person or earthgrab being a wf.
If this isn't what you were looking for let me know i can whip something else up easily.

I really appreciate your time, and I hate to say it. But thats almost as far from what I was looking for as I can think. Wouldn't 11 lvs of wiz severely weaken melee potential? I really don't know, but noob logic says it would. Also I guess I should have mentioned, I cant stand Warforged as a race just about any other race would have been fine, although I lean towards the master race (Halfling) but about any other would be OK. However warforged is hard to swallow I dislike the idea so much, its irrational. I dont remember golems ever being a playable race in pnp but..
Anyway I'll try it if you think it is good but From an aesthetic point of view, I don't think i will like it much. But maybe I can unlock drow with it or something idk ...
PS. IF you have time Something a Lot more Melee/Roguish would be way better especially a Halfling,Dwarf,Elf or Human.
PSS. how would i open locks on that toon and without disable device does it have good enough saves to not worry about them or would i have to heal thru the traps or twitch them? if I dont have points for disable device would ranger or rogue be better for evasion i really dont know but i heard it basically makes traps no big deal
Psss. Does the above build even get full melee attacks isnt it like 5 per turn how many does this get a turn at 16?

it's not a normal build it has knock to open locks with i gathered from your first post that you were a returning player so i built something thats odd but works well the build would have the same attacks as any full melee build because tensers transformation gives you full bab i went wf because you said you wanted to solo and they are immune to negative levels and auto stabalize i can build you an easy to run cookie cutter build 14 ranger 1 rogue 1 monk high saves good ac twf it's all the rage these days.
Also went 11 wis lvl so you can cast reconstruct basically a full heal on yourself along with haste because you like to go fast.
here ya go plenty of these around wear robes around lvl 6 to get your wisdom bonus to ac
use 2 rapiers to fight with and enjoy

rangers can use cure light moderate and serious wands for self healing and at higher levels your umd will allow you to self heal with critical wands and heal scrolls.
At lvl 2 when you take your first level of ranger you will be able to use cure light wands
at lvl 3 1 rogue 2 ranger you can use cure moderate at lvl 5 1 rogue 4 ranger you can use cure serious wands.
Not much else i can do for you you don't want a cleric i tried a casting class for self healing the only other class that gets healing spells early on is a bard and bards aren't the easiest to play as a melee char.
This build can solo easily have your buddy buy you some wands you can clear any dungeon as you go.
I really like the WF wiz/barb build above. I had a couple questions. Can you elaborate on the benefits and weaknesses of going more wiz than barb? How would you proceed past lvl 16? 4 more lvls of wiz still wont get you lvl 9 spells and there dont seem to be many good buffing spells past lvl 6 yet. Does mithril body completely eliminate arcane spell failure? Thanks.

I am looking for the Ultimate ( and likely impossable ) build. One that can solo most all the game, have easy time lvling up, self heal without having to go broke daily buying potions and wands, and if all that wasnt enuff i want to be able to hit almost all the traps and locks possable. Ow ya I forgot I dont have any tomes to drop on it =-).
What a chalange huh. Well thank you and good luck.
Tempest/2Rogue/8 Barb. With all the UMD you can get out of this build for scroll usage. all the stats and Rages you can get accept willpower.
Haste/Sprint, Human Enhancments for UMD. and all the DPS feats you can get but with Touphness.
Wep Finess. using Rapiers..Maybe Power Attack, but Feats will be limited. Just want enough Dex to Have a good To Hit and Ok AC. want decent STR and Con.
I was playing around a bit with the Char Builder and Got 19 UMD. can probly get more, Dont think intimidate would help this build.

The 11 wizard lvls is so you can get reconstruct as a spell and also tensers.
I'd probably go all barb levels making it 11/9 unless u want to plan for wiz pre's then 12/8 using frenzied beserker on this build won't do near the damage of a full barb but atleast you could heal your own damage.
I took no body feat on the build and 1 tier of warforged inscribed armor makes for 0% arcane spell failure.
your ac is going to suffer when raging i wouldn't worry about it personally.
I'd take 15 dex add a +2 tome and be done with dex that would save you the weapon finesse feat.
That leaves you with 1 feat left over and i hate to say it but the only dps feat i can think of to help you would be khopesh prof.
Max umd you can get is 16 for levels+3 so 19 before cha modifiers.
it's actually easier than you think quite a few ways to do it i'll give you a few options and you can pick which you like and i'll build it for you.
Warforged 14 wiz 2 rogue self healing able to do any trap in game and can solo every soloable quest with careful planning.
Any halfling build with dragonmarks.
Clouge build 13 cleric 2 monk 1 rogue comes to mind .
what would that starting stats be on the Cleric Monk Rogue? i would rather make it cleric/monk/fighter though.

Lifespawn,
Would a WF wiz/rogue be able to put out hte damage quick enuff to keep from being eaten alive? Just for giggles let me see that Cleric/monk/rogue you mentioned please. P.S. i dont have access to drow yet.
