NM, found it under the builds you already posted(the Cabal specialist)
Using the new Ranger enhancement line - I would love to see an Arcane Archer. I have been trying to figure out the best way to make this build and am at a loss.

Hey Sig in your eyes what is the best build, all around. would like to see what you come up with
Okay I'll make this one simple...I hope. I am looking for a solid cc/buff 32-point Dwarven bard. I would like to stay away from any healing and melee should be low on the list or most a fall back when cornered position. I am really looking for a fun and unusual build so tweak it anyway you want.
Axebiter, Cujo, Runeforge, Runefury, Runegoth, Runehealer, Runehamer, Runehorde, Runenight, Runesongs, RunezephyrAnd the forgotten: Runeaura, Runedevourer, Herstinkie, Runewolf,Caught somewhere between casual player and power gamer.
Sig,
is this build you made still viable for a 32 pt dwarf TWF?

I want a good dps fighter using D axes and Oversized when Mod 6 comes out. I do have all +1 tomes.
Thanks
Hi. I'm looking to make an Artificer styled class until Turbine decides to put one into the game. I'm thinking it should be a multi-class of Fighter/Wizard or Rogue/Wizard. Rogue is what was suggested to me in game and in another thread. However not sure how to go about making the character stat wise or at exactly what point to start picking up the Wizard levels. I do want to make this character a human with the ability to use swords or at least rapiers along side of wands. I assume I have to use light armor which isn't a problem. Having the Least Mark of Making at the start would be nice but not a deal breaker (more so for RP reasons I guess but would fit with the "Artificer" theme of the character).
This will be a newbie character as I just started playing again. So no twinking of any kind as they say. I plan on grouping but will do solo missions as well in the beginning. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
I think it holds up pretty well. I updated it with Oversized Two Weapon fighting at level 6 and added levels 15 and 16 to it since that's all coming up fairly soon. I didn't see anything fundamental I would change. I havn't done a tempest build yet, but I don't think the feat picks would work for the concept on this one which was a tough bruiser kind of two weapon ranger.
With the tomes you migh be able to eek out an exra point of this or that starting stat. The main stats already assume you are using tomes, but I tend not to figure them into secondary stats like int and wisdom so you can probably get an extra skill point by shiffling those around.
Lookin for a 14 Barbarian 2 Ranger who uses bows and his rages to the maximum efficiency. Who could possibly solo.
Have ability for 32 pt builds and a set of +4 mithral fullplate. Elf, Human, or Halfling.

I was wondering if you could give me some ideas about a demon or devil slayer.
hell i may as well join in with the fun
The char im after probably wont get ever the best equipment, but nevermind.
Im looking for a TWF Bastard Sword weilding fighter, barb or paladin. DPS and survivability would be nice
regards
I'd like to second the request for your take on an Arcane Archer. Impaqt has posted his 11r/5w build which has a focus on soloing and self-buffing... I'm considering that build but it takes a very long time to get to high ranger levels...
My desires - Elf, ranging Ranger with decent melee abilities and the Arcane Archer enhancements... this would be my first ranger so I'd like to get to 11th level Ranger in the first 14 levels, but I would be open to wizard or fighter levels...

So I've got a bit of time again to work on these builds.
However: Not only is there a massive backlog, despite my inactivity here I get more requests than I can realisticly keep up with. so... Mostly I'll tackle these based on what I find most interesting or least like other builds I have done already. The tricky ones can take a few hours, the easy ones are still at least an hour. At any rate I'm really honored that so many folks have made requests and said nice things about the effort, i just wanted to let folks know I won't be able to quite fulfill the promice of the thread title.

I have a new template which seems a bit easier on the eyes and is a little faster for me to write up.
I'm trying to write them up to level 16 now although all the details arn't in so 15+ details are kind of tentative.
Got anything thats unusual and surprising?
Im looking for something that'll make people say "***" and kick me out of the group. Dont care about any specifics though, I can manage any kind of playstyle I need to.
And take your time. I can live without one as long as I have to.
A tough one i haven't been able to work out, i've got heaps of nice quarterstaffs and would like a character that specializes in it.
Requirements:
Not a pure barbarian (i already have one)
Uses Quarterstaffs.

Looking to build a virtuoso drow bard, non solo. Want to be able to have some offensive ability for defending attacks long enough to daze them or dance them. Basicly I want to build the bard so he can be the ultimate crowd control device for any situation with nice buffing options. Any ideas?
