I would like a bard rogue( 2 or 3 rogue levels) that uses one of teh double wheps said to come out in the next update. I would prefer the build to be an elf however if it would be much better as another race feel free to change it.
I have warforged drow and 32 pt builds however no tomes.
I also have vet status in case u needed to know.
I genrally want to contribute to combat either with melee or throwing.

Aside from the fact about being bard rogue you cna changed any of it if you like.
If double wheps turn out not to be coming out next update choose any whep you like.
Feel free to add a third class if it helps.

I really like the idea of the undead forms from the pale master prestiege line, but at the same time, I like the juggernaut transformation for the followers of the Lord of Blades. I know that makes at least a 6 pal (I assume this is better then cleric)/12 wiz which leaves 2 other levels. I am not sure exactly what would be the best way of building such a character. I am leaning towards using THF though I am not opposed to TWF. I am not sure exactly what role he would assume (tank, damage dealer, etc). My guess is that saves are ultimately more important than AC. These requirements are not nessisarily set in stone, I just wondered how well such a character would come together. I have warforged unlocked (obviously) but I do not have any additional classes unlocked. I also would be using a regular 28 point build.

If you think such a mix would be do gimped to do much well, then you do not need to invest the time. While it would be nice if all the above could work, I prefer a good build that can be valuable to a party over a gimped one that fits the list.

Well, I'd like to drop the rogue levels in favor of more wizard levels. Not really looking for the build to be a trapmonkey. Just a caster with some melee capabilities. It's really just for fun than end game/uber dps. Just have this vision in my head of a wizard casting spells at a monster and when they get close he pulls out a couple of kukri and finishes them off. Also, I can live another race. I imagine human would make it a bit easier to make. Although, WF is the race for wizards. I just haven't acquired it yet.

Edit: I probably won't try the build for awhile though. Gonna follow someone's advice on waiting about playing a caster since I'm still fairly new to the game, but I definitely will keep the build and may go ahead and roll it up just to have it there waiting.

Edit2: Just picked up 32 pt builds and when I get my next favor level for points I'll grab WF as well.

Have a look at this nice thread in the bard forums. There you can find some Bard/Rog builds, including my 28pt 18/2 Evasive Trapdisabling Warchanter Twiddler.
If you want to adapt it to 32 pt, both +2 Con for 20 HP and +1 Fort as well as +2 Int for another Skill and +1 Reflex are imho good options.

I'm not sure what you mean with double weapons. Do you mean stuff like the Double Axe (e.g. from NWN 1?). Iirc, this won't be added with U7.

The_Mud_Man: Did you have a look at the initial post of this thread? It inclues a fairly large amount of WF battlecaster builds. Maybe one of those suits you.

    Hi all ^^ A little request ^^
I'm going to TR my fight (reincarned itself from a pally)!
    First life was a pala 18 - fight 2 / human / intimitank.
    Second Fighter 20
And now i want to TR it again in a palatank!
I read somewhere that is possible to build a pala-tank (maybe intimi) that get the aggro by using two weapon!

Is possibile to have a build like this?

    thanks a lot to all!!!

The double weapons I mentioned I found in improved critical they were: dubby axe, dubby scimmy, dubby sord and dubby mace.
The genralist trapmonkey looks interesting and I will try it though.

I'm sure that there is a build like it somewhere but I can't find it.
I'm looking for a warforged melee build. A good balance of dps and defense since I solo most of the time. I have only 28 pt builds so far. Whichever weapon works best is fine, I'm not picky. If there is a similar build out there I love a link to it. Thanks!

    Default TR into pally request

I plan on TRing my 20 fighter into a 18 pally/2 monk survivability and DPS build. I would prefer to stay dwarf so that I can use my greensteel dwarven axes for free, but if the feat can be fit in while taking a better race for this, than i wouldn't mind. If there is a link to a build like this I would also greatly appreciate it. thank you to any that help

The favored weapon is Greataxe, a final 19-20/x3 critical multiplier is always fun

As a warforged you get all the benefits but no aftereffects of Raging (except the -2 AC penalty while raging) seeing as WF is immune to fatigue :3

Also, combining Rage, the proper items, and power attack you can buff up your Damage to a HUGE amount while retaining a good amount of tanking abilities with Intimidate, natural DR, and of course your high HP count :3

With Update 7 around the corner I'd like to put in a request for you expert builders. I'd love to have a tank. To be specific, a WF pally tank with a possible melee option. I'd like him to have excellent intimidate and decent to exceptional turning ability. Sword and board for tanking and either TWF or THF option for dps, whichever would work best without too much of a sacrifice to tanking role. I'm open to the option of a THF intimitank.

I prefer pure paladin but will accept a splash if it's just a simply better route. I'm not sure about the healing issue though. No idea if self-healing is the way to go or take enhancements to make it a bit easier on the cleric of the group.

I have 32 pt builds and WF(obviously). I'd like the build to be made with the notion that tomes are inaccessible, but put suggestions that would make the build even better in the post. I may get lucky and loot one or save enough money to buy one from the AH. It would be great if you could do a by level enhancement progression, instead of listing them all under level 20. That confuses the hell out of me.

No rush on the build. I can't roll it up until after the release of U7 anyway. :P

That looks good and other than a little lower constitution that's what I started with. I'm just going to have to buy 32 pt builds. Thanks very much!

I gave you the 28-point version o-o just use it to farm favor up to 32 point build, it can survive exceedingly well on quests 3+ levels higher even on a 28-point version (just boost Str for the 32 point :P)

Something else I've been looking for but can't seem to find it. I'm almost positive it's been done(and probably done to death). Would someone a link or 2 to a WF wizard based AA?

I'm going to take a shot at this and will edit this post after thinking of a way to fit all that in

Building a WF paladin with a primary focus on charisma is a lot like ice skating uphill. Nevertheless, here we go:

    Level 20 Warforged Paladin

Str: 14 - 6 build points (1 level up point goes here)
    Dex: 10 - 2 build points
    Con: 16 - 6 build points
    Int: 14 - 6 build points
    Wis: 8 - 2 build points
Cha: 14 - 10 build points ( 4 level up points go here)

Feats = Power attack, skill focus intimidate, 2 handed fighting, Toughness, Adamantium Body, Combat Expertise, Imp 2 handed fighting

    Skills: (from points only)

    Intimidate: 23
    Balance: 11
    UMD: 11
    Jump: 11

Basically put one point into each of the above skills every level. Only intimidate will be a class skill so the others will go up by half.

    Enhancements

    Level 1:

    Warforged Healer's Friend I
    Warforged Damage reduction I

    Level 2:
    Paladin Toughness I
Paladin Intimidate I (assuming this will exist)
    Paladin Charisma I

    Level 3:
Paladin Extra Lay on Hands I
    Paladin Bulwark of Good I
    Warforged Constitution I

    Level 4:
    Paladin Extra Turning I
    Paladin Extra Smite Evil I
    Paladin Resistance of Good I
    Paladin courage of Good I

    Level 5:
    Paladin Toughness II
    Paladin Focus of Good I
    Paladin Armour Class Boost I

    Level 6:
    Defender of Siberys I

    Level 7:
    Paladin Divine Might I
    Warforged Toughness I
    Warforged Toughness II

    Level 8:
Follower of the Lord of Blades
Paladin Extra Lay on Hands 2

    Level 9
    Paladin Extra Smite II
    Paladin Exalted Smite I
    (save one point here)

    Level 10
    Paladin Divine Might II
    Paladin Bulwark of Good II

    Level 11
    Paladin Resistanceof Good II
    Paladin Extra Smite Evil II
Paladin Exalted Smite I - the saved point from earlier

    Level 12
    Defender of Siberys II
    Extra Turning II

    Level 13
    Extra Lay on Hands III
    save 1 point here

    Level 14:
    Paladin Bulwark of Good III
save 1 more point here (meaning 2 spare now)

    Level 15:
    Paladin Resistance of Good III
    Save 1 point

    Level 16:
Paladin Divine Might III - spends spare points and you will qualify for it with the level up into charisma (bringing your base charisma to the required 18 at this point)
    Paladin Charisma II

    Level 17:
    Bladesworn Transformation

    Level 18:
    Defender of Siberys III
2 points to spend however you like (More Sp, save up for more toughness, more into exalted smiting)

    Level 19:
4 points here to spend how you like (Could do Improved Damage Reduction II for all of them)

    Level 20:
    Paladin weapons of Good
2 points here to spend as you like

Final stats without equipment or tomes:

    Str 15
    Dex 10
    Con 17
    Int 14
    Wis 8
    Cha 20

Final HP without equipment or tomes:

    20 - Base
    200 - Levels
    60 - Constitution
    22 - Toughness
    40 - Toughness enhancements

= 342 hp without any gear (pretty good)

Final AC with very basic equipment:

    10 Base
    13 +5 Docent
    4 Paladin
    9 Tower Shield
4 (Self cast shield of faith)

= 40AC (not nearly enough, but you can easily enhance this)

Final Intimidate without equipment: 32 (Equipment makes all the difference here, your intimidate will be fine for most of the game, by the time you get to something like Hound of Xoriat you will have enough equipment (and buffs from allies) to make your intimidate workable.

    Such as:

    23 from ranks
    3 from skill focus
8 from charisma (assuming +6 cha item - this should be a priority)
    15 from Intimidate Item
    4 from Greater Heroism
1 from paladin enhancement (easily raised to 2)

So you end up with a fairly easily achievable: 54 - this isn't quite as much as it really needs to be for top level content in the game, but extra gear and buffs can push it even higher, and it's about as good as can be sensibly achieved on your build.

    Final thoughts:

This build is compromised by virtue of you wanting an intimitank pure paladin on a warforged. However it will be a very tough cookie, particularly when in the Defender of Siberys Defensive stance. Damage will most come from Divine Might so be sure to use those turns wisely. Your turning ability will be decent, but to be honest turning things in this game is still largely pointless beyond level 10. Defender of Siberys generates mob aggro by hate (damage caused) rather than by skills, but it still matches up nicely to a tank build.

The build is far from optimal but it manages what you wanted it to do. Ultimately this is the character you wanted to play and of course it could be optimised by altering the parameters. For example look at what happens when I do the same thing on a Drow:

    Str 14
    Dex 16
    Con 12
    Int 14
    Wis 8
    Cha 17

On a drow I get less Hp but a massive amount more charisma, more dex to add to armour class and take advantage of the prestige bonuses (or even go TWF) and by applying the level up points different I can either end up with 16 Str and 20 Charisma, or 18 Str and 18 charisma. But then you'd be playing a drow and just another drow paladin

    Default Build Request

    Hello ^_^
I know you are very busy and get wayy too many requests; but I'd like to post mine anyway for in case you get a chance!

I'm interested in creating a monk/cleric after update seven comes out so it can be a half-elf. Other than that, I only play elves, so I wouldn't mind doing the build on an elf as well.

As far as what I want to do with it, I'd just like it to be a good solo fighter but be able to heal. I will mostly use this one for solo play. I don't know much about multiclassing, so I'd rather not attempt this myself yet!

I've seen several builds for levels like 18 cleric and 2 monk, but if possible, I'd like a more even split. Not exactly even, but more levels of monk possibly.

Oh, and I always use the basic building...you know..no tomes or anything. xD

I'm not very picky, I'd just like to do a monk/cleric build. ^_^
    Thanks,
    Tahlisar

Enjoying the build greatly, even soloing elite with some effort...but still managing. Awesome build.
