The name implies a firm and mystical council that manipulates events around it from the shadows.
Sages of wood, stone and metal are beginning to gather in the dark recesses of Stormreach. What do they want? What are their goals? Should the citizens of Stormreach be happy with the presence of this new organization, or should they be worried. Do they have any ties to the Lord of Blades or the godforged in Khorvaire, or are they something completely different? Who can say.
If you ask around, you just may be able to find some leads. Ghoste invites all who are interested to investigate this new organization and see if you may just have a hand in their hidden plans.
