Crashing

DDO crashes after my being in game only 3 or so minutes. I have updated ALL my drivers and have also done what another thread suggested in deleting the DDO folder in my documents and changed the settings listed on the thread. I *really* need this to be fixed before I can spend the monthly fee on it again. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I'd love to help, but first I need a little more information to know which direction to go with this:

1) when did the crashes start? (relative to when you installed)
2) what actually happens when the game crashes? Are there any messages?
3) have you tried running in Windowed mode? (ALT+ENTER while in-game)
4) could you please post your dxdiag?
