I count well over 1000 posts in the past week in various threads debating the proposed changes to the raid loot mechanic. I have not seen any official response from Turbine on this topic whatsoever. Have I missed the response in the sea of posts? If not, could we please have some official Turbine person make any kind of response to address the concerns that so many people have expressed? Or at least acknowledge them?

Response to what? Arguments?
Even those posting who took the time to calculate percentages and dream up negative scenarios havn't play-tested the new system yet. So they don't have any constructive criticism just fore-thought and worry that their treasure bath might be leaking.
Turbine will respond when they see their system in action and decide whether or not it has succeeded to please their player-base.
I've always known this company to respond positively to player feedback (so much so that I even believe it ruined AC in the end
). I rest assured that should any changes they create impact negatively or be completely unwanted they will make adjustments and please John 'Player' Doe.

Their response is that it is going in, with a chance for it to be tweaked in ratio's when the difficulty is ramped up.
They've made their decision, they aren't going to develop this game by by forum votes and petitions. Which are basically set at the 50/50 mark.
