However, there is a trend that is growing on thelanis that is somewhat disturbing and I would hope to not see it here on Agrobar (ie: LFM: xoriat players only.)

I hope that this will not be the case once our servers have united. I look forward to meeting many new citizens of Agrobar.

Given the size of Mabar, along with knowing that most of its folk & guilds are pretty good folks to know, I really don't think you'll have much difficulty in accepting us all in. Sure there is going to be one rotten egg in a crowd, someone is always going to try and smart off, but seriously, I don't think you have a lot to worry for once Mabar logs onto Argonnessen. Except for a few unfamiliar names at first, I doubt you'll even know we're there.

From everything I've seen, most Mabarians are looking forward to the merge, and meeting new people. Argo's playstyle has been touted as very similar to our own, so I honestly don't see a problem.

Actually a good idea there, a thread to describe our playing style, kind of a meet and greet before the merge.

I like new quest, the new content no one knows about.
The best thing about it, is doing it with good friends. The people youre insink with in the game, thats when those kinds of quest are the best to do.
They'er the most fun.

When it comes to content everyone is familar with, I'll group with anyone.
Although my guildmates are very friendly and always nice to group with, I'm not afraid to PuG.

I'm not to fond of complainers, like someone pulling a Leeroy and then yelling at the group because we got wiped. I dont mind Leeroy at all, if he doesnt mind dieing because of what he did.
My favorite kind of PuG is kind of rare, its when that group of people who are all laid back first meet.
Casual game player, who is just out to have some fun.

my playstyle is ... looot loooot loooooot raid once in a while .... on mabar that translated to .... solo solo solo get in a 4-6 man raid grp once in a while ... so I like to loot if u havent figured that out yet ... i will and can do any raid... Looking forward to getting back ingame soon so i can loot an raid with my ole Mabarian friends and new Agronian types

Ramses I agree with you completely. Those other servers seem to have some problems with this exclusivity. But I hope to not see a LFM with any restrictions about what server you were on before the merge.

I Love running all raids, high end quests, and i love to pvp. Thats about it.

There's a lot of good players on Mabar, and from what I have seen running my slate of experimental 28 point n00bs, Argonessen players are no different.

I am looking forward to meeting some of the more entertaining folks in the forums, in game. Even when we disagree, the passion for DDO is our common denominator.

I am Yaga Nub! I am a relatively unknown slacker on Mabar and I will be the first to say F OFF any and all from Argo!

I will always *****, about EVERYTHING.

I will purposely pull LARGE amounts of aggro and laugh as I cast LARGER amounts of heighted, extended grease during the fight.

I will do drunk, naked runs even if the rest of the party isn't.

I will cast spells on you if you request but be forwarned that they might not be what you wanted. If you are about to run into the black dragon room you might want to be SURE that I actually hit you will acid resist instead of sonic or cold.

I never draw agro because I don't like to fight, I'm in the quest to get loot not fight and if you need me to actually help you kill everything then I expect your share of the loot as well.

If you are a particularily poor player then I will suggest that you group with a few characters from Mabar such as Tavok, Lego, Futzlung and Sabo. I like to keep the short bus people in one group.

............ and you can't believe everything you read (except the last part, those guys really do ride the DDO short bus). I'm looking forward to grouping with everyone from Argo and maybe even adding some of you to the Ordos Draconum ranks. While I hate that Turbine needs to merge the servers, I am glad that Argo and Mabar were picked to be merged together. I look forward to meeting a lot of the people that I've argued with or that I have in some other way disparaged because then you'll see that it's not personal, I'm just an ass.

Im Beherit, playing mostly as Eyern these days. I usually try and stick to guild runs but not adverse to PuGging when the mood strikes me...which it has alot of late...I'll be the one embarrasing your "ubah 32 point fighter" in the kill-count department. Also, if Im on Beherit, I'll be the one running your "ubah 32 point fighters" stone back to the shrine when we have a party wipe.

Heh, there was already 3x the stuff on the AH that I used to see on Mabar 3 hours after the merge was complete. I've already snagged bargains. I've also seen a couple of WHOA..no way! 's.
