I was wondering, does this enhancement require power attack or not? I looked it up in game yesterday and it wasnt on the list of prereqs. I then look on the release notes for it and it is listed. So i was just wondering if I need to factor it in for my dual wielding drow.

the only other thing I was wondering was about my stats.

Base:
16 str
17 Dex
12 Con
10 Int
8 Wis
14 Char

The thing I wonder is if I should lower dex to 16 and raise cha to 16. Then just use Drow Dex 1 to get my dex high enough for improved and greater two weapon fighting.

That does not work items and enhancements do not count for the dex requirement. If you start with 16 dex you will need a +1 dex tome or to put one level up into dex.

Personally I went

Base:
16 Str
16 Dex
12 Con
10 Int
8 Wis
16 Char

And ate a +1 dex tome.

thanks for the info on enhancements not counting for prereqs. I sadly dont have a tome to eat. Never seen one since playing, then again I get chars to level 8 and stop usually ;p. Thanks again.

kinda sucks for alot of dual wielding dex / cha based pure bards ( which many many are ) that you need power attack. IMHO seems that WF: X would be enough.
if you think otherwise id like to hear your opinion on why its a good requirement
