Just wondering. been waiting over 5 hours for a Senior Gm to come to work on Thelanis. Shouldnt have to wait that long to get anykind of help from in game customer service. Heck I only need my guild name fixed since it got messed up in the merger. Not like you gave me a token in my inventory or mailed one to me so I could fix it myself.
A little help ehre would be appreciated.

I understand your frustration. Please bear with us as there are a lot of guilds that need a name change and they take time to research properly. We will get to each one as soon as we can. Again, sorry for the wait.
