There are very few guilds from Xoriat/Tharashk, because I found no such guild listing in their respective forums. However, I checked recents posts from guilds advertising for recruitment and added them. Obviousy most merged guilds remain to be added (but I know some have a rename pending too).

Novus Via
Novus Via is a guild intent on improvement of skill of play for its members. We have an aggressive DKP loot system that allows a faster than normal outfitting of member characters. We are dedicated to each other completely. To be in Novus is to know the person next to you is as skilled as any in the game. We have 2 members under the age of 21, so children generally do not meet the requirements for Novus.
We have three founding principles:
To be the best DDO guild on any server.
To adhere to principles that promotes the growth and well being of the organization.
To promote fairness, kindness, and a happy player base both within the guild and the server at large.

Legion

One of Xoriat's original guilds, Legion is a small group that prides itself on the skill of its members. Membership is obtained only by invite and only after a set probationary period. Legion has always been one of the most active raiding guilds in the game and has many "firsts" and impressive accomplishments under its belt. Despite its admittedly elitist stature, Legion strives to help other guilds learn the ropes of various raids and quests and, while seemingly harsh on the surface (especially on the forums) its members are some of the friendliest around and willing to help others whenever possible. With so much to do in game (raiding, rerolling, favor, looting, etc.) Legion finds very little time for any sort of organized PvP but you will see us in the pits on occasion.

A mature light-roleplay guild, we have a very cohesive but casual style less focused on power-leveling and loot-farming and more on having fun. Most guild members have been active since beta. Information about Legatia Invictus can be found on our webpage above.

You will see us as "Guardians of Light Xoriat" on Thelanis. We have been around a very long time and tend to be very reclusive. We don't PUG much and we do our own thing. We have VERY experienced players, with a broad range of players. We do very little recruiting, but if someone is looking for an off the path good guild look no further.

If you think GoL may be a place for you it is not hard to get in. Contact an officer and they will hook you up with a trial run to see if your play style matches ours. The most important thing is that you have thick skin. We use Ventrilo to chat while playing(because the in game chat sucks). We are a tight group that has grown together throughout the course of this game, with people all over the country. We Raid daily. We rarely schedule stuff, but are always up to help a guildy.

We try to be as fair as possible with our raid loot. We are very generous.

The Tigers of Shu

Fairly new guild from Tharashk founded by six friends who decided to play by their own rules and severed ties with their former guild. Other high caliber friends and players joined the ranks in the weeks following their "Freedom Celebration" consisting of a completely naked Tempest Spine elite run. While the Tigers are not openly recruiting, they have already added new members from the Thelanis community and will always consider new prospects.

There are a multitude of raids run each week, be it the Dragon, Titan, and Reaver...some nights there are three or even four raids run. In addition, the Tigers do what they can to aid other guilds from Tharashk (and now Thelanis) to become ready for whatever raid they need help with. Character levels range across the board.

A founders guild originally on Xoriat, at one time the 3rd largest guild in DDO. Too large to handle, so some left to create or join other guilds. Fun place, family friendly (most of the time!) and very knowledgeable players. No active recruiting, but if you are guildless, and we like you, we'll talk! Our website is open to guild members and all friends who play on Xoriat ... I mean on Thelanis.
