Please give an arrow bag for the beleaguered dual-wielding and bowing rangers out there. They're already pitiful enough without inventory space!

Zyrca already kind of answered this question. It's not planned as of yet, but it's not being ruled out either. To me that pretty much sounds like "We're not doing it this time around, but it's a good idea and we'll probably do it in the future."
