Need 4 new dances... Y, M, C and A

So based on seeing some of the other dragon scalemails in the game, I'm hoping this is a bug of some sort... but my male Elven Cleric collected his 25 dragon scales, traded for blue... and went shopping. I had seen the plates and robes (everyone has them now), but I went for blue (greater arcane lore), and selected the scalemail medium armor level. Since then, I've sent in GM reports, filed a bug, and generally ranted. Though I've found noone else complaining on the boards... so here it is:

I've uncovered what I hope is a barely finished armor type.

My poor cleric in his normal FP:

But man oh man... this does not make me think scalemail....

Hmm are you sure you're not having some kind of skin difficulty. Someone else posted about some weird graphics with giants when they ported high-res skins over from the Risia client.

That armor really looks like it's, well, missing pieces.

I have to agree, there is no way this is the proper look for that armor, you're in your skivvies!

Can other people see you like this on their screen or do you look ok to them?

We really do need screenshots of all the dragon armors...I have a feeling that's bugged and is missing it's under-layer.

Everyone else sees the armor looking this way (so I don't think it's client side). I have both the Risia and normal client but haven't copied any files between the two.

If everyone else sees it that way, then that's just the way it is. That's not to say it's not incomplete or buggy, but its a global bug.

Looks like you got a bugged version. I'm pretty sure I have seen the proper version of the blue scalemail before.

Elves have a problem with a few of the underlying armor styles. The problem used to affect drow as well, but it was fixed for them, though why not for elves who can know. The inner armor, if you want to call it that, doesnt show on certain armors, such as nearly all Brigandines. It's a glitch of some sort as far as the programming goes. The only thing you can do it hope they fix it, though it has been around since mod 2.

Its the Magical Bikini Battle Armor. Physicaly it cover almost nothing but still manages to provide all round protection.

Gratch, There is a guy on Mabar (now Argonnessen) who has Brigandine pads missing the underskin. You know... THE Brigandine!

It is indeed a sight to behold. Or is that a sight to be hidden?

And everyone can see it; it's definitely a bug with the armor skin, not just your graphics.

Guess I could sit and cry... does submitting more bugs work? Sadly I didn't get a rename token so I could choose a more appropriate name for my new forced profession with the server merge.

Though I figure if I just sit on top of the Gianthold Inn fire 24/7, I can get others to complain... especially now that our server population is so huge... no wait... don't instance Gianthold...too many people... I'm dancing here....

Apears to be the elf armor bug.

Remember on risia a while back some new armor types didn't display correct on elves, but looked fine on other races.

Looked just like your pic infact. It was fixed for most armor types, but aparently not dragonscale.

Probably looks fine on other races. I wear the black scale on my Dwarf and it looks nice, and also my friend got it on his human it looks good on him too. Looks to be the same design as the blue just a different color.

NEW - Male Elfs rejoice! No longer will you be forced to show off your skivvies while wearing Medium Dragonscale armors.

Though it isn't fixed on current Risia yet... so I guess it really is *new*.

Confirmation. Checked on yesterday's Risia build and my cleric... he has pants.

I'll post an ss if imageshack ever decides to quit barfing retrys.
