how can i download the game. it stops downloading fully . and when it did download it was stuck on the launcher that says getting data centers. is this a server problem????

i have typos i know i dont care. if i did i would fix them.

What is you Operating system?
If it is vista, Turn off UAC (user access Control)
And make sure that the default firewall built into both windows XP and Vista is actually turned off.
