Rangers don't die, they just teleport to their bind point.

Great as total non-favor build. That said...

If you were to reroll, would you still go Elf? This really seems ideal for Drow. You could take both INT and CHA to 16. Even a 32 pt Elf could only take one of them from 14 to 16, not both. As the build doesn't utilize any Elf enhancements that Drow don't also get, you're just throwing some stat points away.

Really any time you want to take 2 or more of DEX/INT/CHA *above* 14, Drow does this more cheaply stat-wise than even any 32 pt racial build can. So 28 +4 > 32 in cases where the +4 is used for 1:1 gain not 2:1 (ie, point spent:stat increase).

Again, not taking away anything from this build, just mentioning it for optimization for anyone considering it. If you still want Elf purely for flavor/role-playing reasons, this still works great.

I'd most definitely go Drow. Wish they existed in the game when I made the character (Head Start Weekend).

    Arrow Not Bad

Though I'm all in favor for creating character builds "Bare bones" for the casual player who won't ever acquire half of the items used in the build. Seems like with them included it isn't a viable build without items.

Items with build = Item Dependant build which is a failure without said items.

True? Hard to tell without seeing them without items.

From that standpoint, you are correct. However, people must think beyond what the Character Tool shows. While, it does give you an accurate representation of what your character will look like, it does not show what you will look like equiped. This is why all builds typically include the items in their creation. This helps give the player, and the people reading it, a good idea one what the character will be able to do.

Raquelis is nowhere near complete. I don't have all the gear I want, or could dream to want. The build is effective, even without raid gear or the "best" gear. Typical "PUG" aquired gear is more than adequate.
