Virtuoso: a bards woe

I have 2 bards. One is a level 13/1 drow bard/sorc(sync) and the other is a remade 14th lvl drow(echoes).

so i decided to make echoes a spell singer and sync a virtuoso. I like both, they have alot of potential and benefits, however, when i was testing the songs for virtuoso in the desert and pvp i noticed some things that should be addressed.

1) the duration times for fascinate on sync(with lingering song 2) was 2:30 while "enthrall" was 1:40. it kinda disturbed me that enthrall lasts less than fascinate when they're essentially the same thing. I decided to spend my last 3 ap to get lingering song 3 and tried it on a guildy in pvp. I found the fascinate was extended to 2:52, while enthrall increased to 1:42. A mere 2 seconds!!!

2) the same guildy was soloing purge the fallen shrine in the desert and ran into some problems so i rushed to help. upon successfully enthralling the fire reavers, i decided to use suggestion on one of them. it turns out that suggestion doesnt work when u use it with enthrall instead of the actual fascinate, why is that?


3) I dont see why these songs have to be seperated, especially with song of the dead. These extra abilities should be conjoined into one simple song. i dont feel that i should be clicking on one button to fascinate undead then click another to "enthrall" the rest, and then use the original fascinate to suggest one of them.


it would be nice if you guys could evalute the way fascinate is implemented in those regards.

I've always thought that Music of the Dead/Makers should be part of faascinate- one button gets all. They're looking into song durations for enthrall and so forth at least.
