There is an issue with the Bard Specialty SpellSinger. One of the pre-reqs that is listed in the release notes, as "Any of the Following" is Extend Spell. This is missing from what is seen in game, and I am not able to pick-up the specialty. Pretty irritating, since to pick it up, I will now need to respec one of my feats and need to use a dragon shard. So the question is where is the mistake? Are the release notes incorrect or is the Specialty broken in game?
