Plans to Fix Fred?

Fred has two problems:

1. He won't let you exchange 1st level feats, regardless of whether or not they are 1st-level-only or not. I have a character with UMD Focus that I took at 1st level, but I can't exchange it. Any plans to correct this?

2. He won't let you exchange feats for repeat feats, like Toughness & Imp. Dmg Reduction. Plans to correct this?

I understand why #1 could be a hard fix, primarily because of the WF Body feats. Still, with the fluidity of an MMO, I don't see why WF can't change their Body feats.

#1: You can change out first level feats and WF were given the ability to change out their body armor feats not to long ago.

Are you sure the problem is not you grabbing the icon for skill focus instead of the text where it says Use Magic Device?

#2: I would assume they are working on fixing it since they do now list it is a known issue.

See, I thought they had posted update notes stating the 1st level thing was no longer a problem, but I tried to exchange it just before the xp weekend this weekend and grabbed the icon every which way I could think of, and it wouldn't budge. I guess I could try again, but honestly, I exchanged another feat instead, and I don't think switching UMD Focus for the feat I originally had is worth my last Syb Shard. Does anyone know if the Syb shards even drop anymore? I haven't seen anyone loot a shard since probably a month after they introduced them. Now people only get them from 1st rank of Argonessen favor, as far as I can tell.

Like I said, you have to grab the text of the feat (where it says Use Magic Device), not the icon. This is a problem with any feat that can have multiple options, does not have anything to do with level 1 feats (which as far as I know has not had any problems).

Dragonshards still drop. I have seen them.

Cat answered how to grab those with multipule selections under them. You grab the text, not the icon.

As for the shards, I pulled an imperfect one last night actually.
