Since Lesser Restoration potions do the same thing as this named item from high level quests... could you change the manacles to simply confer immunity to fatigue? That would make the item worth equipping.

Very much in agreement that the Manacles could use some sort of retrofit. As most players use +4 minimum for Stat items the only benefit to having the manacles is the fatigue recovery. It seems to me that my two rings of lesser restoration (3 uses a day each) are better items...
