Either given as a Silver Flame reward, or some other Faction. Or as a trinket.
This ability allows you more time away from your soulstone, for all those times 1 more second(or 3 more steps) would get you to the rez shrine.
I suggest maybe 5 more seconds, or up to double the current limit.
Ideas, anyone?
