Can we get the LOTRO AH?

Since LOTRO got the improved version of the AH can we get some the features that are only on there?

This includes: Text search, showing the current # of bids on an item, 4 hour post option, flagging an item as guild only, showing who posted the auction, concide option, instead of cancel bid (which makes more sense).

I'm with you on all of those except the guild-only flag, but that comes from the share-and-share-alike mentality in our guild - we just wouldn't SELL something to a guildie. Give or trade, sure, but never sell. *shrug* Different funs for different ones, I guess.

Well one feature I liked from the much hated WoW on their AH was the fact you knew who posted the item in the first place because their name was tagged to the item.

I don't see any advantage in posting the name and I do see disadvantages, especially while the cancel button exists.

The rest of the items are good ideas.

I've heard good comments about the LOTRO AH, I'd like to see Screeshots!

And I dont see a problem with guild-only flags on the AH, if you want to sell an item for your guildies so be it, if you want to give it away, just place it with the min buyout possible, (ie: 1pp)

I recall on some interview about the advantages of two teams within turbine working on Online games, enhancements on one game could be added into the other and viceversa, so they can leverage the knowledge, so I might be expecting this changes soon.

Yes, but it hard to share when not everyone is on when I'm going through my bank or when people don't check the guild forums for trade threads. With a guild only flag I can throw it up on the AH with a cheap buyout so people can find stuff there.
