    Default Bosses Immunities

Is there a good post/guide with a list of bosses (according to ranking - ie. orange, red) immunities? Much appreciated.

if there is one, ive not seen it
but the rule of thumb is:
red/purple - immune to any kind of stat damage and insta-kill spells
(basically direct dps is the way to take these guys down)
orange - far as i can tell, theyre just like all the other mobs, cept a bit tougher... you CAN stat damage and insta-kill these guys

There is one extreme exception to the purple name rule. greater slaying amo will still work on them. Everyone roles a one at some point. Last I heard this had not been fixed and wasn't scheduled to be fixed.

Greater Slaying arrows work on Raid bosses (purple)? That sounds suspicious. Are you sure you don't mean Red?

To the OP: Orange Names seem to have no immunities. Red are immune to all crowd control, insta-death, and many, if not all, debuffs. As another poster said, damage is about the only thing that works. Same for purple.

well, as soon as my ranger lvls up 1 or 2 more ill check this

and it would stand to reason taht if greater slaying works, then 'normal' slaying works also
after all, if yer lookin for the enemy to roll a 1... a 1 is a 1, whether greater slaying or normal slaying

Not really, using that logic, a Finger of Death would work, cause a 1 is a 1, but it won't work. Just cause Greater Slaying Arrows would work, doesn't mean regular Slaying Arrows will work. Then again, if it's working on Raid bosses, I'd call it a bug. Maybe on Red names it isn't, but it still might be.

Not exactly. Before they changed things so red named bosses were immune to all the combat feats, they could be tripped with improved trip, but not with regular trip.
