Once per day you can redo your most recent level-up decisions.

You probably also need:

JJFlannigan's Robe of Cursed Rewards
Superior Potency VII
Spell Penetration VII
Greater Arcane Lore
Armor +8
Protection +4
JJ's Curse (Never pull named items, ever)

JJ's is perfect.

Cupcakes can't be vorpal, it would break the loot table.....but if you wanted to make it a cupcake of disruption, smiting, banishing, or paralyzing - that shouldn't be a problem.

Don't get me wrong, i'd like to see a cupcake decapitate something just as much as the next guy/girl, but i just don't think it's possible, even with magic fairy dust sprinkles.

Give this beautiful Dragonshard to Fred, and he'll not only suck out one or more feats for you at no charge, he'll also suck a few levels off of you, all the way back to level 1 if you let him. Have some basic armor handy or you'll leave Fred in your underwear.

This light repeater gives of an aura of unease when used.
Loaded with bolts, Arrows, CP, rocks or anything handy,
fires a random missile 3/rnd with a random effect.
Effect could be anything from vorpal to CLW...Stunning blow to bless...Random...Get it?
Yvonne, a long forgotten wanderer, often had difficulty making decisions.
Her wildly erratic behavior caused a dear friend to create this machine for her...
Right before the friend vorpaled herself while loading it.
She is sorely missed...um?

OK against my better judgement we now have "Cupcake's Paralyzing Cupcakes" and "Cupcake's Vorpal Cupcake Tops".

To be fair, Cupcake's cupcakes are not deadly DDO weapon specials. They are sugary and tasty and good. I insist that they be changed to "Cupcake's Sugar-coma Inducing Cupcakes" and that they inflict Paralysis as above.
