I tried Storm Horns and had the same issue as BandD.

They were working before U59.
I also tried heroic High Road with the lvl 23 and got no exp.
Epic Borderlands and legendary Isle of Dread worked, though.

The experience report window did show that I should get exp though.

With Crazy Strike, I noticed that the +2[W] was only being applied to my shield and not my main weapon.
