Untouchable in LD bugged?

I'm trying to figure out why Untouchable in LD isn't working for my level 31 sword and board fighter. If I hit an action boost like haste, my character's concealment percentage doesn't change at all, but if I UMD a displacement scroll, my concealment and effective HP goes up by the expected amount.

Any ideas?

I'll have to test next time I get a chance but I know Dusk Surge from LD is also not working despite haveing release notes claiming it was fixed so you are not alone
