I have been going through a capped character and cleaning up my Favor lists. I am trying to get all quests under level 20 set to elite. Unfortunately, I have come across a number of quests that I did on either Epic Normal or Epic Hard and it cannot get heroic elite status on them (Epic status regardless of difficulty seems to trump heroic elite).
Does anyone know how to reset this without TRing?

Not possible have to be run on EE or Reaper for max favor now
