This name typo was reported literally weeks before going live, and they are still named that? The puzzle wheels being bugged in the penthouse quest were also reported and alas, here we are still. Order in the Court is still missing a piece of evidence as far as I can tell from 30 minutes of running around, like it was in previews 1 and 2. Assuming it's either the receipt from Fathom Endeavors or the tome of vecna, neither of which is counting toward evidence

Oh, and the secret path in Three Paths to Battle leads to.... nothing at all. A blank wall with no way to open it, right next to the boss room.
