Transfers from Hardcore to Orien currently unavailable

We have been investigating some issues with the world transfer service in recent weeks that have prevented players from transferring from the Hardcore server. Currently, transfers from Hardcore to Orien are not available. If necessary, we will extend the time available to transfer characters off of the Hardcore server, and we'll have more information on our timing next week.

Transfer from Orien solution is give them a free transfer token then they can transfer to any server and use the token then to transfer to Orien

How long will the Hardcore server be accessible to players to do inventory management in our not-quite ghostly state (ex: pulling stuff from the shared storage, spending any Astral Shrards ) after the season ends? This is different than the time data will exist for transfers out before being wiped which presumably will be until some period of time after transfers to Orien are working.

I couldn't transfer a character from Hardcore to Sarlona a week ago. I submitted a ticket, but I got no reply. Five days later, the servers were brought down for maintenance, and I could transfer.

I've been trying everyday with no success as well.

Transfer from Orien solution is give them a free transfer token then they can transfer to any server and use the token then to transfer to Orien

I could live with this as it would prevent the character getting deleted, and I could just sit it on another server till I can transfer to Orien

Just tried to transfer my toon from the Hardcore Server (I want to go to Ghallanda) but it is impossible because the Hardcore Server doesn't appear in the Select World portion of the Character Transfer Wizard. It was there a few days ago because I successfully transferred a toon on the 21st October.

All transfers are temporarily disabled while they trouble-shoot a bug.

What about time sensitive items, like Night Revels keys/ingredients? I have a toon on Hardcore with 30 keys and various ingredients that I cannot transfer to Orien. Will I have time to use them or get some compensation?

Lot of comments and concerns on HC wondering if they'll get to transfer in time for the home event.

I know an ETA of the fix may not be possible, but perhaps a decision and announcement regarding extending the event might be well received by the masses.

Some people may not read forums. Could you please just post a link saying that (hopefully) transfers will be enabled for a month or whatever when the problem is resolved.

Letting night revels go on after this would be nice... or at least don't destroy the keys earned on HC.

Please give some reassurance to settle the concerns.
