    Default Bank ML Bug

When I open the shared bank, sometimes some of the items don't have a min level. It doesn't show up in the item description, and when I sort by ML, they're treated as ML1. One time, some of the items that had an augment were shown as having the same ML as the augment, but I've only seen that happen once. If I drag the item into my inventory and back into the shared bank, it fixes the problem. This doesn't happen all the time, and when it does, it's only some of the items.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a work around other than dragging them into my inventory and back to the bank? It's a really annoying bug.

Yup, I've had exactly the same experience, found the same bug and "solution". Not sure what triggers it though.

Yup, seen this a lot on the items that my characters haven't touched a while, especially after an update.

The loading into inventory mechanism converts the item in the shared bank to the modernized version of the item since the item class (and design) have changed quite a bit during the augment pass, stats squish (Update 50?), handwraps update, etc.

I suspect some transform() or translate() function being executed when items are loaded into inventory.

Unfortunately, I'm seeing this a lot more frequently than that. I see it happening for items that I moved into my shared bank earlier in the same session of play. It happens infrequently enough, though, that I haven't figured out a pattern to it yet.

Yes, it seems like a new defect introduced in one of the later updates.

I noticed this after my last TR, which was at the beginning of the weekend. Before TR I move all BtA levelling gear from the character bank and backpacks to the shared bank, then after TR I filter by level range (eg. 1-3, then 1-4, then 1-5) and draw items back into the fresh character. I rely on the filter and sorting (most recent first) to quickly identify the same items that I used on the previous life. Due to the recent defect, the filter no longer works properly because the item level "index" is corrupted on the items until you move them out and back into the bank.

Come to think of it, perhaps it is related to moving items directly from the character bank to the shared bank. When U56 was first released, I believe we were forced to move items to the character backpack (inventory) first before moving it to the shared bank.

Nice catch! I just tried it out, and it looks like that's the culprit. I can reliably reproduce it by dragging something from the character bank to the shared bank. I guess I have to go back to using character inventory for the transfer.
