Schism shards

Is there any way to turn them to time runes? I had a plan and turned my runes into shards, but plans change
Now i find myself with shards i don't need, and almost no runes which i do need for my new (and improved!) plan.

I don't know of a way to do it. If I did, I'd convert all of my banked shards and stop passing schism shards so I could convert those to runes, too. Some people like schisms and hope for a /roll & pass. So, a general conversion method would have negative aspects.

I don't see anything wrong with "refund" conversions, but that would require effectively two different types of schism in game: "bought" (which could be refunded) and "dropped" (which could not).

The only potential solution I can think of for you would be via SSG's CS; they could conceivably honor a one-time pity request and swap your bought shards back into runes. They're notorious for ignoring truly egregious problems, though. So, I wouldn't get your hopes up for a reply within the next 3 months, much less a positive reply.
